Delivery & Shipping

Christmas Delivery Times

Using Standard Delivery, Order by midnight on Wednesday 19th December if you'd like the items to arrive before Christmas.

Using Express Delivery, Order by midnight on Thursday 20th December if you'd like the items to arrive before Christmas.

Orders received on Friday 21st December through to 1st January 2019 won't be dispatched until Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

Our Christmas Opening Hours are:

  • 24th December to 1st January - Closed
  • 2nd January - Open

Free Delivery For Orders Over £50!*

*We offer free delivery for all orders over £50 for Zone 1 postcodes, and for all orders over £120 for Zone 2, 3, IOW and Channel zones.

When will you dispatch my order?

For in stock items, orders made before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day.

This includes weekdays only, and excludes bank holidays and holiday closing times.

For non-UK delivery and areas outside of the specified zones please contact us for support.

Who delivers my order? Is it tracked?

We use a tracked courier service to help us deliver all orders, which keeps postage costs competitive while providing a good service that delivers on time.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.

Collection from Ambush HQ

We're happy for you to come to collect your items direct from us at Ambush HQ.

In order to collect the items you will need to bring these things with you:

  • Driving License
  • Credit or Debit Card you completed payment with

A signature may be required as proof of collection.

We're open 9-5, Monday to Friday.

If you choose the option to collect your order from Ambush HQ but subsequently decide to have items shipped to an address then there will be a payable charge as per the Shipping Options table above.


Returns

We accept returns - please read the policy details below and then follow the returns process:

Returns Policy

  • You can cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving the items
  • Follow our Returns Process (see below) to cancel an order
  • Once you have cancelled an order you have to return the items to us within 14 days
  • Return shipping will be paid by the buyer
  • If you wish to be refunded for the order and shipping costs then our Refund Policy will apply
  • If you wish to replace your returned item with a different item then this will be shipped as soon as possible within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. Additional shipping costs may be payable by you.
  • Returns are only accepted from the person who bought the item.
  • We may ask for proof of purchase in some circumstances

Returns Process

  1. Please read our Returns Policy, Returns Process, Refund Policy and Refund Process so you know what to expect when returning an item
  2. To cancel an order please contact us with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel
  3. A Returns Form will be included in your delivery. If you don't have it, please download and print the Returns Form from here
  4. Return your item including the Returns Form within 14 days of the day you cancelled the order. Make sure you pack the items securely in their original packaging
  5. When we receive the returned items we will then process them depending on whether you require a replacement, refund or something else (for example credit against a future purchase)
  6. We will contact you to confirm when we have received the returned items
  7. We will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement or something else following the return, where appropriate
  8. You can contact us at any time to check the status of your order

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • You will be eligible for a full refund including delivery costs if the items were faulty or damaged before you received them. This will be determined at our discretion following an investigation.
  • If an item was used, fitted, altered, damaged or made faulty by you or a third party then no refund will be available.
  • If you no longer want an item that is not faulty or damaged (for example if you change your mind and simply no longer want the items) then refund eligibility will be judged for the original order amount only. Your returns delivery cost will not form part of a refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund you must cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving the items and follow our Returns Process (see above).
  • All eligible refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the items from you
  • Refunds will be made directly to the payment method you originally used
  • You can choose to have credit in place of a refund if you prefer

Refund Process

  1. To cancel an order please contact us with your order number, tell us you wish to cancel and request a refund
  2. A Returns Form will be included in your delivery. If you don't have it, please download and print the Returns Form from here
  3. Return your item including the Returns Form within 14 days of the day you cancelled the order. Make sure you pack the items securely in their original packaging
  4. When we receive the returned items we will then process them and investigate whether you are eligible for a refund
  5. We will contact you to confirm when we have received the returned items
  6. We will contact you to inform you whether you are eligible for a refund and with the results of our investigation. We may contact you for further details about the order in order to complete our investigation.
  7. If you are eligible for a refund we will process this within 14 days of receiving the returned items from you
  8. You can contact us at any time to check the status of your order

Payment Options

We accept payment by debit and credit card during the online checkout process. We also accept payment by PayPal.

Orders are only shipped following completed payment in full.

Orders for collection from Ambush HQ are only available following completed payment in full.
